Practice respiratory hygiene

Make sure that you and the people around you follow the good respiratory hygiene. This means when you are coughing or sneezing covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue. Then dispose or through the used tissue immediately to dustbin.

  • Use different chopping boards and knives for raw meat and cooked foods
  • Sick animals and animals that have been died of diseases should not be eaten.

  • Avoid travel if you have fever and cough.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are suffering from fever and cough.
